Tt once again managed to ship a new case with a busted hard cano so I'm in the process of contacting them but its been a while with no responce. Anyone have any suggestions or experience with Tt support?

Therm-a-take U money. Them-a-never call back.
You may have better luck bribing your local oriental take-out restaurant with a few stray cats and have them try to call for you.
Just kidding. :p
Who did you order the case from? Contact them instead and RMA the case back to the vendor you bought it from.
Oh one more thing.
Welcome to the Forums. :D

I'll make a cantonese friend call and fook em up if they don't RMA the rheostat to me :)
I took it off and it looks like more of a hassle than its worth to try putting a new stat in it unless I want to do some soldering and/or taking all the Tt control crap out. Nice case though, when I get done using it it'l make a nice anchor.
