Difference between these two

I am looking at these two power supplies and can't tell the difference, help please.

One has PFC one does, the input ranges differ, one has 36a on the 12V rail and the other has 33A, and one is approved for llg775 and other is not.

Mostly the one approved for LGA775 have BTX connectors <a big plus> while the other does not along with what was mentioned above

The 120 dollar one has active pfc and the 108 dollar one has passive pfc.
