OK some times when u install application, it say that the ram is not enough! Actually is not that you don't have enough ram!

This is because in BIOS' chipset Features Setup, you wrongly set Memory Hole at 15-16M! So in order to cure that, set it to disable!

he is correct, however.

disabling that will enable windows to show the correct mbs of ram. of course, on many motherboards, that feature is already disabled

Are you referring to a program or application referring to 'not enough RAM' or is it MEMORY instead of RAM? Photoshop for instance gives a warning about not enough MEMORY when it has unsufficient HDD-space for it's scratch-file (or cache) which it needs to create when you open a really large file.
