laptop hdd question

i have a presario laptop that uses a 6 gig ata 4 hardrive and i am looking for a bigger one and i would like to know if am ata 5 or 6 hdd would work.

well there shouldn't be a problem in tat one. I also think you can go the maxium capacity of 20 GB hdd in that machine.
