Is there a risk in running a CAS-2.5 2100 256mb ram stick at high FSBs such as156-160? If it is able to suck it down? I mean it will do it, I just don't know if it will live long this way, any1?

No only raising the voltage will do that.

You can safely overclock your ram as high as it will go, and you can increase the voltage by small amounts just be sensable about it.

Depends on the ram, some people will go to like 3.8v which I would say is a bit high, 3.5-3.6v seems to be a common voltage. If it was just ram affected by it I would say take a risk as ram is cheap but other components run off vio and the risk of damaging them is not worth the extra speed. Get some good case cooling and 3.6v should be ok.
