Does anyone have the Glacialtech northpole 1000. I saw a couple of reviews that said it performs better than the arctic silencer and zalman heatpipe cooler (cant remember the model number). I'm getting a 9800pro tomorrow and i think i will pick one of these up.

Heres the Link http://www.glacialtech.com/sub-product10.htm

Looks good, the 2 reviews I looked at showed it performed better than the zalman and arctic silencer, I cant seem to find it for sale in the U.S. though. :(

Try NCIX. Out of stock but they ship to the US (in Canada).

I'm not certain if it's the same thing or not. But Sidewinder Computers has a chipset cooler by Microcool that's called the Northpole:

Edit: Ah, nope. Never mind. I missed the link the first time through. Looking at it, it's most definitely NOT the same thing. That said, I wonder if it might not still work on a GPU.

wow, that looks very nice! it would be even better if it was just a bracket to add whatever fans you want on.
