I'll be out of town this week, and I don't want to leave my second bird here without it crunching. My thinking is that I'll hook it up to my DSL line, and CACHE up 100 or so wu's for the week, or whatever you guys think will keep it busy until next Sat. Any thoughts?

My 800 @ 1000 does about 42 WU's a week. If this is the one without internet access just keep switching the line if you can download a few days worth (when you are home) and then just reconnect and upload for the time being.

What's the average time on it?

If you're using Spy you should be able to figure it out. Go to the results section and click on the "view log" button. You can tell which number means what by the header.

Just take how many hours it takes you to crunch a WU and divide 96 (number of hours in a week) by it. That'll tell you the minumum number of WUs to cache. I'd add about ten or so just to be on the safe side. :)
