What is the best way to get my cpu to NORMAL temps.

idle:118F
stress:137F
room temp:78F
case: 85F

I have:

1 80mm 52 cfm intake

1 42cfm pci outtake blower

1 80mm power supply fan outtake

1 60mm fan for hard drive

the way i have the blower and the 80mm ps fan sucking the hot cpu air out of the case

I also have the blower and the ps fan in back while the 80mm fan is in frount. the case is cool enough do you think it is the hsf.

What kind of hsf are you using what kind of thermal paste are you using ? If you have a good hsf and your using AS2 you need to get your cpu some of that nice 78°F air you can either increase the air intake out take volume or just create a duct so the hsf can suck in some cooler air.

Did you say that the 80mm in front is sucking air out? Wrong idea, reverse it so it is pulling fresh air in. This will supply air into the case, right now it sounds like you are creating a vacum(almost).

It may also help a lot to cutt an 80mm hole in the front of the case so it can pull more air threw with less effort. I did this on my dads system and it dropped the cpu temps from idling around 50c down to the low 40's.

it is a good idea to use Arctic Silver as thermal grease..
it took down 5 degrees of my cpu when i first put it on..
i used stars 700 before...
it is probably one of the best thermal grease, arctic silver

Now that is hot! Hotter than my current temp(A/Cs broken). How about a new airflow strategy? Try a equal amount of CFM in your intake & exhaust? It should work to get you closer to ambient.
