Water block size, and specs. "help please"

I am tring to put together a design for a water block. What I am looking for is the exact distance between the holes on the mb for an amd socket A system, radeon 9800 pro, and nforce 2 northbridge.

If anyone has this info, or knows where I can get it please let me know.
