Just wondering, is the Athlon Classic soldered into the "processor board" (the one where you put the GFD). If it isn't, what type of socket does it have ? And is it possible to change with a more powerful one ?

Yes, the classic Athlon uses a Slot A connector which is actually a SECC connector turned around backwards. The processor die and core are mounted on a small PCB which is covered by a black plastic casing. The case needs to be removed to connect the GFD to the Golden Fingers.
Slot A TBirds exist- they were made for OEM's but many leaked to the market. I am not sure what speeds they are available in. The fastest slot A processor you can find is 1 GHz.

Thatīs not odd, thatīs kind of normal...
If there is a high need for slower CPU, better CPUīs are sometimes "labeled down" to fit the increased need..
Mine is a 700, too. Makes a nice benefit for the overclockers, hehe:D
