1.4w/sdram or 1.4w/ddr

im planning to upgrade. i have a 256pc133 to spare. is there a really big difference if i use ddr or sdram with it?
1. buy 1.4 and m/b that suports my 256pc133 sdram
2. buy 1.4 and m/b also buy a stick of ddr ram.

which choice would you go for?

I'd go for the DDR and stick the SDR in a pc that's already running. If you don't really have a place to put the other memory, then it depends on the quality of it if you're planning to overclock.
