Hows this alienware stack up?

I was thinking of using this as my mobile gaming station...hows the lcd Responce rate?.....

I was also curious how how that video card compares...ie...is it the same as a 6800ultra or gt?..........and will I be able to later upgrade it?

I like the alienware, but find the sagers at www.pctorque offer more for the money. My sager 8890 was better than any alienware out at the time and had hardware raid built in. The new sager http://pctorque.com/9860.php there, and they are waiting on the A64 version to arrive.

Its an over priced 9860. You pay a couple hundred dollars more for the NAME and LCD LID. You also need to check out their lcd policy with the 7700 which sucks and lots of people been having trouble with (laptop)support. I recommend pctorque.com, discountlaptops.com

Actually putting the price togeather I seem to get a pretty similar system for the same price from both companies.

LCD screen since its rated as a gaming system is probley at least 16ms, possibley 12ms refresh rate.
