ok...just a couple questions:

How many degrees C lower than room temperature can you go without having to worry about condensation?

depending on ^above^'s answer...how do people keep their temperatures at optimal? (be that room temp exactly, or around the above condensation-safe temp)

and...has anyone set up an electrical setup to automatically set this temp (turn off on at certain temps or certain %'s) or know how to set one up?

i think the ammount of condensation really depends on the humidity in the room but going anywhere under room temp will result in condensation

I think that a general rule is about 3C below ambient before you get condensation. Maybe as low as 8C. It really does depend on the humidity, though. Or something. Do a search on dew point at www.google.com for more information on it.

Just install everything in a freezer.

When the temperature is low enough air can not contain a significant ammount of humidity (hardly any when significantly below freezing).

So if you put the MoBo in a freezer@-10C you can chill the water to like -40C and not have to worry about condensation(as long as you leave the freezer door close).
