I think you'd be further ahead getting a s939 setup, a 3200+ 90nm, and some more appropriate ram. The cost would be very similar and should perform better.

BTW those Raptors are on sale today only at newegg...$175 as I recall.

Well they're $177 at newegg including shipping, but if your in CA ya gotta pay the tax man I guess.

DDR2 seems like kind of a dud to me, but time will tell I guess.
