I'm guessing you have to sign up for it to show you. I dont think they can really provide real-time info on -every- character. Look at their numbers on the top right, I think there are a few more people playing than the numbers show.

You have to register at the site to get a user and pass to download and get updates. Pretty quick to do, got it all tonight, should see me up there in a day or two with stat's I hope :)
