I've dealt with them numerous times - they ship, by default, via First Class Mail I think. Obviously that's not the fastest, but a month seems a little ridiculous if they never gave you an explanation as to why. The couple items I have ordered from them (including a case at one point) were always promptly shipped.

well the limit for first class is 1 lb or so, so this should get there faster, as ^^ said

I bought my sister a system 4 weeks ago from Compgeeks and it made it to her in 3 days from Ca. to Va.

I bought a good friend of mine a system last week, it made it to him in 4 days Ca. to Iowa

http://www.fedex.com/cgi-bin/tracking?action=track&language=english&cntry_code=us&initial=x&mps=y&tracknumbers=291013812815724

Both systems were sent Fedex ground.

Every order I've placed with them has arrived in less than a week, if your shipping took 4 weeks, there was a serious problem with the shipper I am thinking.

maybe im jsut blind but I dont see an "options" box to enter the code. or does it come once you start the checkout process? Not a bad case just for the case come to think of it. Would make a decent case for a workstation system type thing.

Not sure normally though from what I have seen you enter codes around same time you do the payment part.
