I would check two places for links and further info on OCing
This (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=332591) one which is in these forums and this (http://www.ocfaq.com/article.php/overclocking/84) one I found when I did a google search for 'overclock software'

If you're serious about learning how to overclock, I would work on becoming very comfortable going into and changing settings within the bios of your motherboard. You don't need to change anything the first couple times you go in, just poke around and see whats there.

Im using this program for my a64 called clock generator. It works great. Im not using it as a permenate solution. Just to set my speed, test, set higher etc w/o having to restart once I find where im happy I then go make the setting in bios.
