have you loaded windows in Safe mode and then run and deleted the files it can't delete?
Also post a Hijack this log, and we could help you remove your spyware.

adaware and spybot both has that feature where it automatically deletes anything spyware it can't before window loads. and i used this feature.
or should i run norton in safemode and then scan?

It may but it doesn't always work due to the failsafes in Windows. In safemode you can be sure it will be deleted.

You can also try turning off System Restore and then removing them.

CHck if the files Norton complains about are still there on disk/loaded into mem: if they are, then your spyware remover are at fault, if the malware is not there, it's norton.
I guess it's norton

you can usually uninstall bargin buddy manually but you have to answer their stupis questionare. The folder should be in " program files".
I think slack is right on, norton is finding those files that have been saved in a restore point. Here is a good guide that will show you how to turn off system restore, which wipes out all the saved restore files (points) and then how to turn it back on which will create clean restore files.

Right click on my computer, select properties, click on the system restore tab, clear the tick in the checkbox, hit apply, replace the tick if you want to re-enable system restore, then hit apply again.
This will remove any remnants which are still in the system restore settings. You should always start malware removal in the control panel through add/remove programs - many sketchy malware stuff actually includes an uninstaller there, which will likely be more effective than a third party spyware removal.
