Any idea how much this would be worth?

I recently built a "server" for myself, but decided I didn't need it anymore, so I'm going to sell it.

Here are the specs:

Intel Celeron 2.4ghz
512megs of pc2700
unknown motherboard
80 gig 8mb/7200 hdd
Ancient CD-R
Windows Server 2003 (I'm going to put windows XP on it soon, instead.)

No monitor/keyboard/anything, what do you think it's worth?

I'd say anywhere from 250-$350

I was thinking around 200, my friends parents need a new computer and I thought about selling it to them. I said maybe around $250, but I'm thinking about going up to $300 maybe higher.
