the psu @ directron.com (http://directron.com/eg565pvefma.html)

I have a friend of mine who just loves his ENERMAX 460W power supply and i saw this one as i was checking the new products at directron as i do.

Im lookin to upgrade in the psu area and id like one that would be best for the future and keep it easy for me to upgrade my system.

I want one that atleast has PCI Express support and id like one also with SATA on it. The thing is I dont know much about voltages and rails and all that , my friend told me higher the better and for the the 5,12,3.3 to be over 30 .

I was looking to go with the OCZ ModStream 450W (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-104-154&depa=0) until I saw this one, but the last time i bought a psu by its looks it turned out to be a bad thing down the road.

Since you were already looking at an OCZ powersupply why not check out the 420watt Powerstream? It has pretty nice specs +3.3V(28A), +5V(30A), +12V(30A) should be priced in the range you were looking at.

I have one personally and I love it so far, the rails do not even budge a .01v under full load from idle.

The enermax is a fine choice. There are alternatives that are also good, but if you choose this one, it won't let you down badly.
