Thermaltake, Thermal Cooling Compund?

is this stuff any good?

I found a small pack for 0.75 cents...

after buying the SK6 w/fan on a website I don't have the extra money at the moment for 7 or 8 bucks for AS2

Should I wait a week and get the AS2 or should this stuff do the job?

I wouldn't go berzerk and try 1500 but as sig. says (no oc) it is probably ok BUT I would get some AS2 ASAP if you plan on overclocking its better than the white goop and your cpu will thank you for the little inverstment and maybe give you 1500 but you won't know until you get some AS2 LOL

Get some AS2, your CPU deserves the best if your going to OC it . . .

Beware of any thermal compound with grit in it.

AS2 is very good, if a bit more expensive than most others. But it doesn't really cost that much, and a tube will last you a lifetime.

I tried AS2 after using AS for a long time and found no difference. Still using the AS2 though.
