POST your Frames PER SECOND in WOLFENSTEIN 3D...... and what card you USE

Well I got to Play multiplayer with WOlfenstein and WOW this game RULEEZZZZZZZ.. I lIke it a LOT... Also the GRAPHICS are Great Especially the NATZI MODELS... haha.. However I found out the hard way, that when I set EVERYTHING on MAX + 2x AA at 1024x768x32, Sometimes I get around ~10 FPS, but most of the Time Im at ~30 - 40 FPS, with 20 or So Players ONLINE...

WOw this game Needs LOTS OF power......

What Frames DO YOU get ?? and at what RES and on Which Card..

At first I was getting about 20fps, after making some changes that I did in Q3A I was getting comparable performance to Q3A. I am using a Voodoo3 3000 AGP card, not the greatest... at least it lets me play my games.

Now I am averaging 40-50 in RtCW. Depending on what the action is I can get much higher! If there is a huge flamethrower fight or a number of smoke bombs... then I am screwed. Also running RtCW in 800x600.

This is not a stupid question... now "Can I have some money?" is a stupid question!

goto the console and type /cg_drawfps 1
and then /cg_drawfps 0 will turn it off

In Q3A you will see the fps in the top right corner and in RtCW you will see it towards the right of your screen. It is placed rather akwardly compared to Q3A.

Very cool game. How do you use the gun turrets? Thought it might be the right mouse or enter, but neither work.

You have to be a soldier, but if you can use a item a hand will appear then the default key is ctrl to use.

Ahhh... I set my ctrl to jump... that would be why, it remained unassigned.

LOL, I highly doubt the Athlon processor is holding you back. A 550MHz Athlon processor should be enough to easily overhual that weak Radeon card.

To see a huge gain in framerates, you should replace your radeon with a Radeon 8500 or step over to a GeForce 3 GPU. Then, your computer will go insane!

I ran the game at 1152x864x32 @ 120Hz and scored between 60~120fps depending on the scene and map.

Framerates never droped below 60fps! :) and I dont use fsaa, I just dont like it!

I get 50fps with 1024x768x16bit color not bad for a 50dollar card. the servers all seem very laggy I hope the network code gets better.
