alright, i just bought an MSI KT266 PRO - R
it comes with a program called PC Alert III. This program lets your wath the cpu temp, the chassis temp, fan speed, and voltage throughout the computer. It also shows the "intrusion" which is what my quesiton is about. I have no idea what this means. The setting on this is always on open. i have never seen it on closed, and you cannot change the setting. i believe you can in the bios settings but i choose not to mess with those. will one of you smart dudes with the same mobo or just a plan ol' smart guy help me in what the hell this means. thanks

It's for chasis intrusion detection. It's meant for a sensor to tell you if your case is open or not.

yea dude, i thought of that. i put all the sides back on, and it is still open.... and other ideas.
