What is this setup worth ?

Looking for some input on what anyone thinks this setup is worth. It is for my little girls 9+8 yrs old. Good starter system.

Abit KT7A Motherboard
AMD Athlon 1.2GHz CPU
512 MB Memory (256MB + 256MB)

I was thinking around $60-$70. Just gave my 2 oldest kids the same board and memory but with a 1.3 Ghz AMD. I upgraded to my current sig.
