So far this is what i have picked out for the beast
Soyo SY-P4I865PE plus dragon 2 v1.0 motherboard
Was going to go with the intel 875p chipset version of this board, but i did not know what the difference in the two chipset were so i went with this one.
P4 3.0 ghz 800mzh fsb 1mb l2 cache has the prescott core
i have yet to figure out what heatsink/fan combo to get for it
a new WD 120g SATA hdd with 8mb buffer and its 7200rpm, my old hardrive is almost dead from Eq2
two sticks of 512mb pc3200 ram from crucial.
Geforce fx 5700 vdt256 my new/old vid card that im keeping.
Any helpful advice on maybe looking into another motherboard or a good heatsink/fan combo or cheap good ram, please lemme know
