Hello!

I got my computer yesterday and I set it up today.
Everything was fine.

I booted with the Windows XP cd and it installed the installation files to the hdd. But when it later restarted it would go something like "Operative System not bootable". It's driving me crazy.. please help me!

Edit*
It's not a SATA drive

You might want to check your Bios to see that you are booting from the right location.

The hard drive you installed your OS to. Also be sure to remove any floppies.

I'm not sure what to say here, You installed XP but now when you boot your PC does not find the boot sector. The only thing I know is to try installing again and this time delete any old partitions and create a new OS partition. Don't do a quick reformat if it asks, do the long. hope that helps
