I was wondering if this was any good: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=56-150-014&depa=1

It has a 300 watt Power Supply, and has 2 12v rails (how does that work?) with a combined amperage of 22.5A.

I'd be running it with the 3200+ in my sig (capable of 2.6 ghz), with a gig of Ballistix (micron) ram, and a 6800GT running @ Ultra speeds. I'll also have 2 hard drives, one an 80GB WD Caviar and a 120GB HD for storage. Can the Power Supply in this handle all of that?

I like this more than the Shuttle ones b/c it uses an upgradable heatsink, and I've seen modded versions on this SFF case where they can easily put a 120mm fan in the back.

Anyways, I'm looking for both stability (including Power Supply), as well as speed (I want something that can get its FSB to ~ 240 at least with 1t memory timings. Overclocking features isn't important, as I can make any needed changes via programs in Windows.

If anyone has this (or any other SFF) to recommend, please do! Also, if any of you own this SFF sytem, do you think an SLK-948U will fit in it? If not, can it be modded to do so? Oh, and how good's the onboard audio? I won't have room for my current Chaintech card.

That is a nice looking sff system! 2 optical drive bays is a real plus!

As far as overclocking...I can't say much, but to buy this sytem for what it is, a SFF box that will look great. It comes with a 300W PSU I see, FSB and Multiplier settings, but still I would not buy this system if OC is one of the main reasons to purchase something like this. If it can OC respectably, then you've made out, but if it can;t handle the OC, but a few extra Mhz, and if you'd be dissappointed in that, then I'd say scrap this idea all together.

My FIC Ice Cube does not like to OC. It's running at default speeds. I gave some juice to the mem in hopes of improving 3dMark scores, but afterwards, it didn't boot anymore and had to break it down again to reset the jumper(a real pain in the butt).

I used to own a P4 Soltek, but the one negative part was the PSU - had lots of random reboots with a fully loaded system ( P4 3.2GHZ, 2 Raptor HDDs, ATI9800XT, DVD-RW). If I remeber right my system only had 250Watts, but the PSU was a piece of S&^%.
Depends on how far you want to go - but Athena Power makes a nice micro 450Watt PSU if you want to upgrade down the road. (newegg)
The system is very tight on the inside - Kind of a pain to work with if you are like me who constantly changes parts out. The newest Shuttles are great to work with - no tools needed (besides the CPU assembly)
The Aluminum body looks great ( scratches easily) but part of the Front Panels contains cheaper looking plastics.
As far as 120mm fan goes - from my memory I'd say no way - but I can't say a 100%.

I have had serveral SFFs form AOpen, Soltek and Shuttle, but I have to say that Shuttles were always the best quality.

i have the 3901-300p
a very nice system indeed
but you might want to switch over to the 865g dual channel system
the km400a is very slow in terms of data processing
even with a celeron it is still quite fast
plus it will run a lot cooler
my a64 939 runs very hot ( too hot )
had to use a different heatsink and fan to bring the temps down
shutdown and reset issues were present
lost all data on my old hdd ( hdd couldnt keep up to the memory and proc )
