Last night I accidentally knocked my Power supply 3 pin connector out of the motherboard connection and I plugged it back in. Next thing I know blank screen. I can turn the comp on and off with the switch in the back but the power and reset buttons do nothing. Everything powers up and all fans run and lights flash when i flick the switch on but nothing comes on the screen and there is no post beep.

Someone said my motherboard was friend. Is there any kind of tool or anything I can do to test it?

You can try booting up, if it doesn't beep, that's not a good sign, it's not necessarily dead but it's like a concision.

Did you tried to remove that connector???
Maybe if you remove it...
I saw that kind of stuff once when i reverse by mistake a cable polarity.
