Help me Decide on memory

Check my specs and tell me which memory to buy. I am looking to spend not more than $300 for 1 gig, (2x512) for my setup. I just want the best overclocking/bandwidth/stability/ . Or should I just keep what I have? Please give reasons, either way. Thanks
