Are my temps too hot on my 9800?

I just recently installed a ATI Silencer 1 VGA cooler on my 9800 Pro 128mb and flashed it to an XT(I have the R360 core)

According to ATITool my chip temp is 40c and my GPU temp is 59c. Is that too hot?

Do you think I could safely overclock it a bit more? What temps would be considered dangerous?
