I kind of like this brand Hauppauge, tad cheaper too.

Should give a reason why I mention this brand over your pick.

The brand I mentioned has a really nice tuner set on it, I plan to get this same card when I do the second part to my upgrade. The Phillips tuner is in the AIW9200 that I have. I am satisfied with it, but not as good as the Huappuage (Conexant) from what I have read in my research. The remote is matter of taste though.
I get poor results at times om my tuner card, I assume it is the Phillips tuner.
