I recently bought this ram http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=20-145-524&depa=0

When i installed the ram the computer doesnt boot up at all, is there any settings i need to change to make it work or is it just not compatible with my computer.

Have you changed the default FSB settings? If so then the ram maybe defaulting to 2-2-2-5 timings and it's not capable of those timings at higher bus speeds, presumably over 210-220 or so.

How do i change my fsb speed, when i go in bios it has the info for it but it is dark gray and i am unable to click it. I am new to this so any help is very appreciated. thank you

It's entirely possible that your system has a very "special" BIOS that won't allow you to change the FSB.
