Overclocking 1.4GHZ Questions

Do you have to "unlock" your chip to OC? I have been able to get the FSB to 137 and no higher the way things are now. What do I have to do to get above 137 (1440)?

Change the multiplier using the switches on the board.
If your cpu speed does not change then your cpu is locked and needs to be unlocked to to overclock using the multiplier.
Most people use a combination of fsb and multiplier to get a max stable overclock.
