I am needing to be able to get brackets that will allow a 3.5 hard drive to fit into a 5.25 drive bay. I got my hard drive cooler for pretty much next to nothing but the shop forgot to include the brackets to allow me to install the hdd into the bay so I was wondering, in the event that they do not have any, would it be cheaper for me to try to mod my own (if so what would be the best way to go about this) or would it be cheaper for me to just go out and purchase 3.5->5.25 brackets from a third-party supplier?

I'd go buy some, they'd be no more than $5. Not worth all the effort of metal folding etc to make your own I say.

Alright, I just hope the shop has some brackets I can gank, I really don't want to deal with trying to find a third-party supplier only to have that business messed up too.
