View Full Version : Anyone notice this before
I was using everest home edition and under cpumin/max multiplier it says 14x /15x. What is up with that. My multi is 15x.

Has anyone noticed this. Why does it have a min/max multi when intels multis are locked?

There are some chips out there that have 2 multipliers that can be select. I don't recall which ones off the top of my head. Give it a shot and see if 14x works. I know it was an option on my LGA 3.0E but it didn't work.

Yea ive heard about this as well. From what I recall only Abit and Asus were able to do this. Worth checking out
That would be awesome but I never heard of it on a 3.0E only 3.2's and up
Have you tried setting the multi to 14 in the bios and seeing what happens? Probably just a software glitch but heck, why not try.
I cant change it in the bios. But I really hope there is a way. Although everything I know tells me otherwise. Has anyone else seen this
