OK, i was trying to install a belkin PCI ethernet adapter, and when it got to the actual installation, it asked for a file (dhcpcsvc.dll). Now, as all of you hopefully know, gateway sucks ass. that file is on the Windows 98 SE install disk. gateway did not give me that disk. anyone?

all they gave me was a "Operating System Backup CD, Version 98.1"

Dhcpcsvc.dll should be located in the C:\Windows\System\Precopy\Net7.cab file.
