OK, updating my BIOS worked wonders for my DDR. Before, I couldn't pass memtest86 with my generic PC2700 at anything higher than 168 MHz, regardless of the timings. I can now pass it @ 195 MHz with timings of 3-6-6-11. My question is, should I keep it like this, or go for faster timings and slower FSB? For example, 185 or 190 at 2.5-3-3-8 or below? Which one of these will give me a better performance gain?
