Try the link for ComputerGames (Romania) on the updater dialog list. It seems to be up and running just fine. I just finished one update (1.1.0.7 to 0.8) and am doing my other box (1.1.0.6 to 0.8) right now. Seems to be a relatively fast link too.

I find that my fastest DL links are in Europe (usually Germany). I think it is because it is a direct Fiber link across the pond. Global Crossing has a High Capacity Fiber link running from New York to Germany and back. Go figure.
