View Full Version : I accidentaly erased all my datas on back up volume F:
can I get datas back?How? :-/
First, start with a bit more information. How was the data erased?
You can try this one and it will sometimes recover data for free:

Also, do not write to the drive under any circumstances.
I was extending the drive to a new partition. I decided to get read of the extended partition only 8meg.The entire drive F (my back up drive) got wiped out. I tried the recovery console to rewrite files with the CD rom but for some reason I dont have full control . Plus the mouse in not working in that mode.
I was going to format the drive F and refill it but decided to an alt until I am sure I cant do otherwise.
You mean not to rewrite but why?
thanks. The problem with that one its only pics. Is there a way to change the file format from jpeg to the original file format?
Anyway this led me to many data recovery softwares . This one seems to be working . I used the demo otherwise its kind of expensive but hey...
