I can't find the ATX standards online, I need to know ATX standard Mounting holes, all I can find are the over all dimensions,

thanks for any help you can provide

i believe they all use a standard measurement for the holes. no matter what the size, they will be in the same places, as long as the board is big enough to accomodate where the whole will be at.

Each cases mounting tray will have various screw holes placed throughout to accomadate different mobos placement of holes.

You are worried that your mobo will not fit on the case?

Yes, since I am building the case from scratch there is not case mounting try yet, so I need to drill press the holes according to ATX standards so it will fit my PC2B and when I change Mobos in a year or so it will fit with that as well

The card support is what'll make your days very interesting. I strongly recommend a dummy board and card for setting that one up.
