M'kay, here is how its going down.
I started out buying this case and this power supply, and I am using them at the moment. I am very happy with both, and using them on my AXP until my other parts come in.

I have this heatsink sitting on my desk \/ \/. Tested in a friend's pc on a 3000+ with a tornado, 33c full load.

Now, I just ordered the following:

I had a bit less to spend than I thought, but I think the x700 will be plenty enough for me, as I was fairly happy with my 9700np. Its also cheap enough that it wont lose value too fast, and I can sell it off and buy an XL later or something...
I have a DVD burner laying around, a lite on I think, that my grandpa got free after MIRB. I also have 2x512mb Buffalo PC3200 2.5-2-3-6 which I will throw in and a 120gb SATA hard drive. I may use an 80gb as my main drive and use the 120 for storage/swap. Finaly, I have a post in the classifieds selling my XPC, which I hope to get $200 out of. With this I plan to get a 1gb chip of ram, those 15 $1 fans on newegg and a new mousepad with. Couple that with my MX510, 21" IBM P275 and Altec Lansing uberspeakers(that I think I found, cant remember) and I believe I have the ultimate pc on a budget.
What would you guys have done? I know most would have gotten a better video card, but doing that would have dropped me down to a chaintech nforce4, which has a few heat issues.... yea, so I think I did well. Opinions?
