Hello, have a A7V133 mobo with Athlon 1.2 GHZ chip, I recently purchased a radiator, pump and waterblock at DangerDen. I installed this using various tutorials and my own knowledge, now this is what i get in Temps and i was wondering if this is normal or not. These are CPU temps
Before watercooling with my Superorb

With Seti on = 62C
W/O Seti on = 50C

Now with this Watercooling

With Seti on = 49C
W/O Seti On = 37C

Now reading some articles they state that even with a full load (seti) and w/o a full load the tempature should be about the same. Not with my setup it's like 12 degrees difference. I was wondering if this is normal? Now i installed that one patch that disables certain parts of the CPU during idle time, i'm not sure if that would effect the difference or not. It did make a difference in the Superorb setup.

Your temps are a little high. try to get some more fans on that radiotor. Those temps are find when you are running at 1500mhz and 2v i think.

The temps do seems a bit on the high side...but if you're using the in-socket thermistor, that could very well be why. It also depends on your ambient temps.

Where ever you read that there wouldn't be much difference between load and idle must have been talking about something that didn't really load the cpu much...or just doesn't put out much heat.

Temps do seem a bit high, probably just because he is using an ASUS motherboard though . . . .

Is there anything i can do to make it lower? I have two fans on my radiator. It's the most i can put on the one side, now i can put two on the other side of it. Would that help? My case temp is 36C i have two fans in there, but the case is open.
