Need recommendation on what memory to buy

I've got a module of 512MB DDR SDRam PC3200 (200MHz) Micron Technology. I want to add another 512MB module. What's the best thing to get? Is it a good idea to get one of the same manufacturer and speed?

corsair ddr550 with the samsung chips. Good stuff. There is a good review at www.anandtech.com

Just get the cheapest ram you can find that is 512mb, has same voltage, and runs same latencies. If you want to overclock, you should really get 2 sticks of good quality ram.

If cpuz states that my ram is 200 MHz, does this mean that it's 400 MHz, since it's DDR? Or is it actually 100 MHz, doubled at 200 MHz?
