I've got a 400W PSU, but haven't checked on some exact specs. I ordered a Maze2-1 waterblock from DangerDen, last night, and I plan to get get a peltier for it. Supposing I clock a 1400 AYHJA Y to 1600, I figuire the voltage will have to be ~1.9. Radiate says a tbird running at 1500 and 1.9V should put out ~90 Watts, and since the relationship is ~5W per 100 MHz, I figuire I go with a 100W pelt? Or am I supposed to get something higher to get temps below ambient? And will my PSU be able to power all this? What do pelts plug in to?

You'll need a different kind of PSU...one that handles a higher voltage rail. You'll also need at least a 120, though I'd recommend a 172. Probably duals. Even then, I don't think that you'd be able to get below ambient...or not much. Those suckers put out a whole lot of heat.

Damn...how about if I built a chiller onto my resevoir so I was feeding it really cold water? Would that function better? And if my PSU couldn't handle a 172 W pelt, what do I power it with???

you need atleast a 24v 12amp DC powersupply
hey does anyone know if there is a bigger peltier thin a 172 watt?
At 90 watts a 172 watt pelt is going to be on the edge. Try the software from Kryotherm (http://www.kryotherm.spb.ru/index.htm) to do some modeling.
I would suggest you factor in a higher overclock when you figure the heat output of your Bird. Done properly, supercooling will get you another 100 MHz and allow you to run at a higher voltage. As an example, the heat output of my current Bird jumped about 25 watts with the extra Vcore an 118 MHz. If this happened with your current CPU, a 172 watt pelt would not be able to handle it.
