i think both use the same chips (tccd). steve/sean at ocz will know for sure. they are members. u can pm them..

With 2.5-3-3-10 timings both should do 265FSB or more without much problem. Unless your going to run 2-2-2 timings at 200FSB I would get the 3700 gold as in most cases it's less expensive

When i see a p4 2.8 do 500DDR 1000FSB 2.5-3-3-5 2.65V with these mem sticks could a 3500+ winny do that also? or even higher like this http://www.anandtech.com/memory/showdoc.aspx?i=2145&p=12

the only thing that can determine whether it will do that speed and timing on that processor is test results from the same setup that you have.
