Install Shield Problems...

All of a sudden I am getting delayed run-times on any install shield made program. You know, the one that extracts first in a bar in the right corner before it runs showing extraction from 0% - 100%. For some reason, it goes really really slow and if I cancel it with the CTRL+ALT+DEL, it will run later by itself like if it continued the extraction even though you cancelled it. Any one know what could be causing this?

Never mind, I found the problem. For some reason, the Microsoft Antispyware is the one causing the problem. I guess one of its application protection setting is causing it. Anyway, I turned it off, and the setup file works like normal.
