Problem 1: Everytime I reboot, I have to go into Konsole and type "./FAH502-Linux.exe -forceasm -advmethods" This is a little annoy. :-P
Question: How do I make a shortcut on the desktop so that I only need to click on it and it will run F@H. (I have tried creating a shortcut -"Link to Application" but that didn't work"

Problem 2: Want to fold without having the Konsole Shell showing on my taskbar.
Question: How do I do it like Overclockix and make the F@H client run as a "service"

I am running KANOTIX installed onto harddrive. http://kanotix.com/files/kanotix/
It is a "sub-distro" of Knoppix/Debian.
It is very similar to Yoper (my previous try of distro) [both which I really liked because everything works on my laptop without much messing around]

Bwahahaha.

http://www.vendomar.ee/~ivo/finstall

Do a wget for it. Then run it ./finstall ...

If you hit the actual website, there's an install faq on there too.

google for an autostart, theres somewhere to add it to something for it to start automatically. I forget where.

Anytime. I just setup linux myself... so I'm experimenting with Slack. Stumbled on finstall looking for a decent F@H client/service installer.. (all because I'm a yutz and never thought about actually changing the service files/crontab myself.)

Mucked with it.. got it to work, sort of (except it didn't like my lack of an /etc/init.d) and finally just did it by hand.. But glad it helped you nonetheless. :P
