As the title suggests, I have $576 (basically, that's an exact number) to spend on a power supply, motherboard, processor, DVDRW, and hard drive and I'm not sure what to buy.

I'm going to use this computer for video editing and only rarely gaming. Video encoding performance is worth a lot more than gaming performance, so please keep that in mind. I'll be using PC2700 DDR (1GB Corsair), a 9600 Pro, a Praetorian case, a Dell 2005FPW and my own keyboard and mouse, so I don't need any of those parts.

I configured the system in this link (http://secure.newegg.com/app/WishR.asp?ID=1304933), but I figure you guys might have some suggestions. All advice is appreciated.

2x74gb raptors.. you can get them on newegg for abit less than 160 a peice.. but its worth it when you put them in raid-0, which whill do wonders for video editing. As for a cpu.. I suggest a P4 around 3ghz w/ HT and 1mb of cache.
