Welcome to the forums!!:) Feel free to ask questions

Hmm... cB0 is kind of early. Well, it has a 100fsb not 133. If you could get it up to 133 you would get an even Ghz. What cooling are you going to use? I'll have to look into that tonight if i get the time. average OC is sopposed to be 950.

Theres accualy quite a few people listed @1Ghz with your exact chip. One person has is 1.85v and with a Global Win FKP32. Hey, if the price is right go for it! Just get a good cooler.

cB0 looks like a nice step for overclocking, i donīt know if you will get 1Ghz but will probably get it or get near to that... you alredy have your ram @147Mhz but if you get aby problems try to get crucial or corsair it will help...Witch mainboard will you use??? Don't forget to flash your bios to the latest version and tweak it, don't forget to do a good burn-in!!!

Did you take a look at the Overclockers database? It will certainly give you a good idea what people are getting out of the 750.
My 700 is running at 1015 with Alpha HSF.

don't buy a new cpu. Your 750 is fast and still young. Wait for the next year. It works fine. I have a Pentium III 800@930 155fsb (goes more) and I am ok. Overclock it (it is excellent for OC) and maybe you catch 1000 MHz. (1015 tested to your chip -> stable)..

bye bye

Most of the cB0 stepping coppermines would often overclock in the 900 to 950 range. A few would go to 1+gig, but that was not the average. I had a cB0 Celeron once. Exceptional cooling and increasing the voltage seemed to be the key to a good overclock.
