Well I'm running at 300mhzx8 with ram at 6:5 at 2.5-3-4-7 right now. What I'm concerned about is that cpuz reads the ram frequency at 240mhz. But it should be at 250 mhz.
 
The CPUZ is correct. It's kind of strange but figuring out the actual ram speed is more complicated than that simple fraction of 6:5. The actual speed is also linked to your multiplier. On my system running at that same divider the actual speed of the ram is like an 11:9 divider. Even the motherboard gives the wrong ram speed. However, Everest, CPUZ and Sisoft Sandra all get it right. There are charts out there that will give you the formula for your multiplier. Sorry, I don't have a link.
